BibleBell is an alarm clock that begins the day in scripture: at your alarm, the verse of the day is read aloud, a short reflection follows, and a gentle wake task closes the alarm. Optional bells at noon and evening (the Angelus) deliver the day's verse as a notification. Reading plans and streaks mark consecutive mornings in the Word.
All verse text is drawn verbatim from the King James Version, which is in the public domain. We select and arrange readings; we do not alter the text of scripture.
BibleBell is a paid app, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends; manage or cancel any time in your store account settings. We sell no goods or services outside the app stores and never handle your payment card.
Ending the alarm asks a small task — a movement task (light exercise, counted by the front camera on your device), mental math, or writing an intention. The camera is used only if you choose a movement task, processes frames on your device, and uploads nothing. Choose tasks appropriate to your health; stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
Don't use the app to break the law or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do. You may delete your account at any time in the app; your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including a missed alarm; keep your device charged and permitted to ring. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes are noted in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which New Day Industries LLC is organized. Questions: support@biblebell.app.
